A biological approach to antisocial behavior (ASB) is key to advancing the modern
eugenics movement. Using colony population models biologists determine optimum density levels for human settlements.
Definition of ASB:
- exceeding or failing to meet population targets
- aberrant personal attacks
- toxic events not explained by colony population models
- emergencies, like total global annihilation
To ensure success, social engineers take the long view -- allowing behaviors to run their course. For example, epidemics are considered natural. Population is allowed to
die back to a point where it can resume growth -- having acquired advantages like immunities. Current measures of human value such as wealth, productivity, intelligence, and kindness are not necessarily encouraged and could be viewed as antisocial behavior if they cause settlements to veer from population targets.
